General Assembly

The Union's general assembly comprises of all charitable societies which have been accepted as members on it according to the law.

Union's Administrative Board 

The Administrative Board of the Union has on it 12 members all elected democratically by the General Assembly. Representatives have one vote each. However, relative distribution of members is taken into consideration to guarantee representation of all governorates.

The new administrative board of the Union was elected on August 19, 2004. The board members are as follows:
